Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Chemical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support our industrial clients in identifying energy efficiency opportunities that reduce operating costs and minimize energy waste. In this role, you will analyze energy consumption patterns, develop predictive regression models, and verify energy savings. Working collaboratively with our team of engineers, you will evaluate existing manufacturing systems, recommend improvements, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Additionally, you will design and conduct energy systems training for operations and maintenance personnel, ensuring sustainable practices. As a mentoring coach, you will oversee the implementation of action plans, monitor performance, and provide ongoing engineering support to clients. Responsibilities
