What You’ll Do:

As a Woodford Reserve Regional Brand Ambassador , you’ll be the face of the brand in your region, driving visibility and engagement through:

🥃 Trade Engagement : Build lasting relationships with top accounts, bartenders, distributors, and brand partners. Be a trusted voice and local authority.

🎯 Strategic Market Support : Collaborate with Brown-Forman teams to ensure regional programs are aligned with national goals. Visit key markets to deliver impactful trainings and activations.

🎤 Media & Public Relations : Represent the brand across trade events, consumer-facing experiences, and media opportunities. Support press, influencer campaigns, and bartender competitions.

🎓 Education & Tastings : Deliver immersive trainings for trade, consumers, and internal teams, showcasing the heritage, versatility, and craftsmanship of Woodford Reserve.

📊 Insights & Innovation : Bring back key market learnings, consumer trends, and competitor intelligence to help shape strategy and stay ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 4+ years in the spirits industry with strong bourbon knowledge
✔  Bartending and mixology experience required
✔ Natural public speaker and engaging educator
✔ Deeply connected in the hospitality/trade community
✔ Resourceful, creative, and confident leading events and activations
✔ Willing to travel regionally and work flexible hours (nights/weekends)
✔ Organized with experience managing budgets and reports

What You’ll Get:

💼 Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 plus annual bonus, car allowance, and communication allowance.
