We specialize in Registered Nurse staffing, CNA & caregiver placements, Home Health Aides, Per Diem, Temp-to-Hire, and Long-term assignments. We are committed to excellence, professionalism, and building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

🔍 Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions
Coordinate client and candidate communications, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain accurate and detailed records for compliance and reporting
Support recruitment processes and assist in employee development initiatives
Collaborate on marketing, customer service, and strategic planning projects
Ensure compliance with relevant staffing laws and licensing requirements

✅ Qualifications:

Background in Business Administration , HR, or related field
Relevant coursework in employee development, strategic management, public speaking, marketing, or English
Previous experience in a staffing agency or administrative role is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using business and HR-related software
Knowledge of staffing and recruitment industry best practices preferred
