Title Specialist

Job Description

As a Title Specialist, you will be responsible for processing documentation into the system with precision and accuracy. You will ensure documents are free of errors before finalization, requiring strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process documentation accurately into the system.
• Review documents for errors and rectify them before finalization.
• Provide administrative support, including front desk duties, scanning, and filing.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively for various tasks.
• Answer phones and provide customer service and support.
• Perform data entry tasks with efficiency.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Essential Skills

• Strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with dual monitors.
• Strong attendance record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prefer vehicle titling experience to understand the terminology.
• Open to candidates with strong data entry experience.
• Customer service or banking experience may be beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
