Our client located in Nashville, TN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic team on a fully in-office basis.

This Talent Acquisition opportunity is a contract-to-hire opportunity on a fully in-office basis.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle and high-volume recruitment from start to finish including posting on job boards, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, and extending offers
• Communicating and collaborating with hiring managers on their needs for open positions
• Managing the onboarding process and facilitating candidate screens
• Track and report key recruitment metrics
• Organizing and maintaining candidate information via an ATS platform
• Scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers
• Working to fill 20-25 open requisitions at a time
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in high volume and full cycle recruitment
• Experience working with an ATS
• Candidates that are Bilingual in Spanish are ideal
• Strong experience using job boards
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Must be fully in-office in West Nashville/ The Nations
