Position Summary: The Studio Assistant plays a vital role in delivering the elevated guest experience that Perspire is known for. This position ensures that each sauna suite is perfectly reset, spotless, and welcoming between sessions. You will also provide support to the front desk team as needed, helping with guest check-ins, answering questions, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the studio. Key Responsibilities: Thoroughly clean and reset each infrared sauna room between sessions to ensure a pristine, spa-like environment Fold and organize towels Monitor supply levels and communicate restocking needs to management Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in or check-out during busy times Answer guest questions about sauna sessions and studio services Maintain cleanliness and organization in all common areas, including the lobby and restroom Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Follow all safety and hygiene protocols consistently Qualifications: Positive attitude and passion for wellness and self-care Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment Dependable, punctual, and proactive Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Able to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends - We are hiring for all availabilities!
