Key Responsibilities: Define and execute a strategic vision for personal and regional practice growth, driving innovation and excellence. Lead and deliver a diverse range of transportation projects , including transportation planning, traffic engineering, roadway design, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Develop and strengthen relationships with municipal, state, and private clients, expanding our footprint in the industry. Pursue your own passions, clients, and business leads , with full support from a nationally recognized firm. Play a key role in marketing and business development efforts , securing new opportunities and partnerships. Qualifications 12+ years of experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering and design, traffic operations, and/or ITS planning and design . Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Colorado , with expertise in transportation engineering and planning. Proven success in winning, leading, and delivering transportation projects in the local area. Established relationships with key stakeholders , including local DOTs, agencies, and municipalities. Strong business acumen , with experience managing projects profitably and navigating agency specifications. Exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills , with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate at all levels. Client-focused mindset , with a passion for problem-solving and delivering innovative transportation solutions. Proven ability to mentor and develop staff , fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture. Demonstrated experience in resource management , ensuring teams are effectively aligned and projects run smoothly. Why This Opportunity?
