Job OverviewAssist in coordinating cross-functional Agile development teams, utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework to shape the future of technology and make applications better and faster: Modern Cloud Solutions, DevOps Enablement, Azure Data, and Power BI.
Essential Functions Support one or more enterprise level delivery teams within a fast-paced product development driven environment. Lead scrum teams charged with implementing small- to medium-sized initiatives. Assist DevOps teams in achieving their goals as high-performing software development teams. - Create a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement and provide a leader for Agile projects. Ensure clear communication and organization of the group and coach development employees in all aspects of the standard Agile Scrum process. Identify and remove impediments to progress. Facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Manage the backlog, track daily sprint progress, and maintain schedules. Support, coach and mentor team members. Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.
