Job Description

*Position:* RN Nurse Supervisor
*Location:* New York
*Facility:* 160-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF/Nursing Home)
*Contract:* 8–13 weeks (High possibility of extension)
*Schedule Options:*

* Full-time: 40 hrs/week
* Part-time: 16–24 hrs/week

*Shifts:* Variable; includes evenings/weekends

*Requirements:*

* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
* Active NY RN license
* BLS (AHA or RQI) – required at orientation

*Responsibilities:*

* Supervise nursing unit operations per policy and under direction of DON-LTC
* Oversee and support clinical staff, ensuring quality care
* Act as administrative lead during DON/Administrator absence
* Communicate and collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams
* Ensure compliance with NYSDOH and facility standards

*Additional Skills:*

* Leadership and crisis management
* Strong written/verbal communication
* Knowledge of infection control & safety protocols
* Computer literate

Pay: $60.00 - $63.00 per hour
