**Hiring for Rental Associate OR Customer Service Associate at Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix.** 1st shift and 2nd shift available paying $18/hr- $19/hr **Job Description** Our Client, in partnership with Hertz, seeks a proactive and tech-savvy Team Lead to oversee the Onsite Agents at TPA Airport. The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing the performance of Onsite Agents, and escalating system or operational issues to the support team. **Responsibilities** + Be a point of contact for the Onsite Agents, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. + Ensure proper use of the vehicle scanning system and the accurate processing of condition reports. + Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to scheduled meal and break times. + Provide ongoing training and support to team members on customer interactions, the system, and vehicle inspection procedures. + Escalate system-related issues to the support team and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner. + Onboard and train new Onsite Agents. + Communicate with team members via Slack and email, providing clear guidance and updates. + Assist customers as needed with reviewing digital condition reports on iPads, ensuring a seamless experience. + Address customer inquiries or concerns and work with Hertz agents to resolve any discrepancies or vehicle-related issues. + Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols at all times. + Direct traffic through the scanning lane to keep the process moving smoothly. + Ensure each vehicle is properly scanned using the system. + Greet and confidently approach customers as they return their vehicles. + Help customers review and acknowledge the digital condition report on an iPad. + Address customer concerns or questions and work closely with agents to resolve any issues. + Show customers any identified vehicle damage upon request. + Train agents on the scanning and reporting process. + Report any system issues or incidents to the designated team lead or supervisor. + Compare the condition report to the actual vehicle condition and document any discrepancies. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. + Friendly, energetic demeanor with strong communication skills and a willingness to approach customers confidently. + Ability to stand for long periods, direct traffic, and perform vehicle inspections, including bending and lifting. + Must maintain a professional appearance at all times. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Customer service + Management skills + Personnel management + Operations management + Supervision **Why Work Here?** You will work on-site at PHX.
