Position Summary

Technical & Skills Requirements

Compensation & Scheduling
Starting pay: $25/hour
Raises to $30–$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
Shifts are available 24/7 through a self-service scheduler. Minimum 15 hours per week.
Training & Onboarding
– 2-hour online training
– Practice with simulated chats
– First live shift monitored by QA
– Paid shifts start within 3–5 days
Sample Shift
Assist customers resetting passwords, applying discounts, and updating billing info—all via chat with scripted responses.
