Our company is seeking a Real Estate Executive Assistant Full or Part Time. You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company. Flexible Hours, No two days are exactly the same. The role is multifaceted and the environment changes daily. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of the Executive requiring excellent organizational skills
  • Working on MacBook Pro
  • Updating MLS, Coordinate Listing Entries, Staging & Photo Shoots
  • Handling behind the scenes details, such as, emails, documentation & transaction progress
  • Maintaining and ordering supplies
  • Interacting with vendors and customers, on a limited basis

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Must have good Oral and Written Communications Skills
  • Must have Microsoft experience
  • Be able to grasp Quicken and Data Entry
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Candidate must be energetic and adaptable to evolving projects
