A leading Private Equity Firm based in Seattle is looking to hire an experienced Associate to join their investment team, specializing in Business Services, Consumer Services, Financial Services, and Industrial Services .

Key Responsibilities:
Lead deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and execution to identify and assess investment opportunities.
Drive post-close value creation initiatives alongside management teams to enhance portfolio performance.
Conduct deep industry research to stay ahead of sector trends and inform investment theses.
Support add-on acquisitions for portfolio companies and assist in integration planning.
Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the investment committee.
Contribute to internal process improvements , developing tools and best practices to enhance firm operations.
