A Typical Day for a Nurse with Edgewater:
Support the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring nursing policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to enhance professional development.
Participate in the creation and execution of individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Monitor clinical outcomes and assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives to improve resident care and satisfaction.
Help manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of nursing resources.
Address resident and family concerns, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a compassionate care environment.

Competitive Pay:
RN: The starting pay range for this position is $32.53-$40.99 / hour . Pay rate will be based off of years of experience.
Shift Differentials:
2nd shift: $3.50/hour
3rd shift: $5/hour
Weekends: $1.00/hour
