Window World seeks a skilled and dependable Gutter Install Foreman to lead our gutter installation crew at the Window World Weirton location. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in gutter, soffit, fascia, and downspout installation (foreman or lead role preferred)
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and installation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
• Ability to manage and motivate small install crew
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Install soffit, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards with precision
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to Window World quality standards
• Communicate frequently with gutter/siding department office personnel
• Train and guide install crew to improve their skills
