JD:
The DMS System Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Distribution Management System (DMS), ensuring it meets the organization's needs and complies with industry standards, with GE-ADMS Implementation experience (version 3.16 or higher) being essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain the DMS architecture, integrating it with enterprise systems such as SCADA, OMS, and GIS, while ensuring data accuracy, compliance with governance policies, and providing technical support and troubleshooting.
Collaboration and Problem-Solving:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, collaborate with IT and other departments for seamless integration, communicate effectively with team members, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of DMS systems and their implementation.
Proven experience in implementing GE ADMS version 3.16 or higher.
Experience with SCADA, OMS, and GIS systems.
Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
Business development skills, including the ability to manage RFPs and develop proposals.
Mentor and guide less experienced consultants, offering constructive feedback for performance evaluations.
Experience providing advisory services and possession of core consulting skillsets.
Ability to prioritize work and perform under tight timelines for multiple projects.
Proven experience working with OT systems and applications such as ADMS, SCADA, OMS, DMS, and DERMS.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to distribution management.
A minimum of 5 years deploying ADMS and EMS platforms for a product vendor.
