Qualifications required: Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years relevant work experience (equity research or banking preferred), strong Excel and financial modelling skills including building three-statement models, creativity and ability to imagine. Preferred qualifications include strong academic background, intellectual curiosity, self-starter attitude, effective communication skills, demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research, experience on a team that ramped up a new investment product, completion of at least level 1 of the CFA, and ability to derive meaningful insights from research and analysis. FINRA licenses are not required. Work flexibility includes hybrid work with up to one day per week from home. Applicants must have US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
