Job Overview: An established law firm is seeking a qualified eDiscovery Counsel to support its Litigation and Information Governance teams. This non-partnership track role involves overseeing end-to-end eDiscovery processes on complex litigation matters and collaborating with attorneys, clients, and vendors across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), can manage competing deadlines, and provides strategic value to legal teams through effective project management and workflow design.
