Job Description

Job Overview: An established law firm is seeking a qualified eDiscovery Counsel to support its Litigation and Information Governance teams. This non-partnership track role involves overseeing end-to-end eDiscovery processes on complex litigation matters and collaborating with attorneys, clients, and vendors across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), can manage competing deadlines, and provides strategic value to legal teams through effective project management and workflow design. Location: Houston, TX Duties: Lead eDiscovery processes on complex litigation and regulatory matters Coordinate project execution to meet deadlines, budget requirements, and legal standards Draft and negotiate discovery-related protocols, protective orders, and ESI agreements Serve as the primary point of contact for case teams, clients, and vendors Oversee the identification, preservation, and collection of client data Create and manage document review workflows, including quality control procedures Supervise document review teams and manage productions Monitor project budgets and forecasts; review invoices and control costs Train review attorneys to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance improvements Promote a positive and collaborative team environment Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant eDiscovery experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency Strong understanding of the EDRM lifecycle and litigation support technologies Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Admitted to practice in the U.S. state where the candidate will be based Able to handle high-pressure and fast-paced environments with sound judgment Education: Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from an accredited law school Certifications: Active and good standing membership in a state bar (required) Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams Strategic thinking and sound legal judgment Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms and litigation technologies Capable of balancing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail 401(k) retirement savings plan Hybrid work environment with some in-office expectations Professional development opportunities and exposure to high-profile litigation matters Company info BCG Attorney Search 10777 Westheimer, Suite 1100 Houston Texas United States 77042 Phone : (713) 270-1199 Fax : (213) 895-7306 Control Systems EngineerLeading automation & control systems solutions provider seeks:Bachelor's degree in engineeringPLC, HMI, DCS programming platformsComprehension and experience in many different PLC/HMI programming langua...
