Description
· Managing and coordinating Ringi procedure. Acting as main point of contact for Ringi related matters.
· Assisting Data Management section on gathering and and creating periodical reports and reports based on requests.
· Assisting monthly, quarterly, and yearly book closing.
· Other signed tasks.
Requirements
· Must have a degree in business or related field which demonstrates competencies and skills in interpreting financial data and business management.
· Prior experience in data analysis.
· Fluent in both English and Japanese.
· Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
· Integrity and the ability to manage confidential information with a high level of discretion
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
· High proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially World, Excel, and Outlook.
