A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Entry Analyst Position type: Full Time, Contract Duration: 12 months to possible extension Location: Irvine, CA(Hybrid Role (3 days in office / 2 days remote) As a Data Entry Analyst, you will: Review Data within SAP Inspect and verify shipping & receiving paperwork, invoices, packing slips Input and analyze data in Excel Assist the Compliance officer and Freight Manager with various tasks as needed Conduct meetings in person or online Capable of working flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Other duties as assigned by Team leaders. The ideal candidate will have:High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma Possess and maintain a valid Driver License 2 + years of ERP experience 2 + years of using Excel / Word Excel Skills in Pivots and VLookup’s Preferred Qualifications1 + year of SAP experience 5 + years on Excel 2 + years of shipping & receiving experience Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration! PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
