Business Bankruptcy Attorney – Ohio

Roetzel & Andress is thrilled to offer a growth position in our Business Reorganization and Restructuring Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our vibrant and expanding Chambers & Partners recognized team in either our Akron or Cleveland office.

Our ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business bankruptcy, reorganization, and restructuring. Minimum requirements:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in business bankruptcy, reorganization, and restructuring
• Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Strong work ethic and desire for professional development
• Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making
• Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues
• Member of the Ohio Bar in good standing
