Join the AFI (Assembler/Fitter/Installer) team at Sea Ray, a division of Brunswick Corporation, where you'll engage in a variety of tasks within a large boat manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include gunking, glassing, assembling, fitting, and installin components to construct high-quality boats.
Key Responsibilities:
Install cabinets, floors, cockpits, benches, and other interior components.
Focus on front-line interior work, emphasizing final finish elements and cosmetic aspectsRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production schedules.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble and fit components accurately.
Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and address any issues promptly.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or GED.
2–3 years of boat building experience preferred.
Experience in fitting and installing components.
Proficiency with hand tools.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work with suspended loads.
Ability to multitask and read production schedules.
Preferred:
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Adaptability to changing requirements.
Professional interaction with all organizational levels.
Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling and disposal.

Exposure to dusty and hot environments.
