🕒 Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM; some Saturdays required
💰 Pay : $24–$27/hour (based on skill)

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be the face and voice of SMG ABA. You’ll handle executive scheduling, client communications, and support accounting operations such as billing, AP/AR, and tax return processing. This is a vital role that offers room to grow in a collaborative, dynamic setting.
🔹 Administrative & Office Coordination
Greet clients and act as liaison between staff and clients
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain updated contact lists and manage office supplies and vendors
Manage schedules, meetings, and workflow systems
🔹 Accounting Support
Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Process tax returns and help maintain data records
Collaborate with senior administrative staff on financial tasks
🔹 Communication & Culture
Contribute to internal recruiting and firm-wide events
Support company-wide initiatives and participate in team-building
🔹 Other Duties as Assigned
✔ Key Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
✔ Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support and accounting (AP, AR, billing, tax, bookkeeping)
High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable with general computer systems
Ability to sit for extended periods
